Introduction Level 1 – Himalayan Chakra Singing Bowl Therapy with Julia Abramova
(One & Two Bowl Therapy Techniques)

Introduction Level I

The Level I course will focus on use, history, and application of the Himalayan singing bowls as played for yourself and others utilizing one-two bowls

History of Atma Buti School, Suren Shrestha & the Himalayan singing bowls
Chakra system basics
Playing the bowl – Rubbing & Striking
Personal healing & healing for others with 1-2 singing bowls
How to conduct a healing session
How to buy & care for singing bowls
Practice work with the singing bowls

The class will include both lecture and hands on practice.

Investment: $675.17 (Includes manual & book). Cost of singing bowls and other tools are separate. Deposit and Balance payment plan available. Alternate methods of payment are available to avoid registration fees. Please inquire

Schedule: 10/25-10/26, 9:30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch and breaks included)

Limit is 8 students.

Prerequisite: None

Continuing education credits for Massage Therapists through NCBTMB for each level. IAYT CE’s are pending.

Julia Abramova has always looked to find inner balance and peace thus began her yoga journey in 2007. She soon realized that there was a need to work with students on a more individual basis in order to help them find peace and balance within their bodies. Julia strongly believes that we are all capable of healing ourselves. Through her dedication to her students and a holistic approach, Julia serves as a catalyst that ignites the healing fire within.
