Join Mary Hastings, as she leads the Friends of Atma Buti sound bath relaxation, accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, bells and more. Integrate the vibration of Himalayan sound healing at our Atma Buti® School.
What a beautiful way to end our busy day – through sound meditation and intention-setting! Let’s immerse ourselves in this moment, allowing the vibrations of sound to reset and cleanse our minds and bodies as we welcome our upcoming days with fresh energy.
Please bring a blanket or pillow for your comfort. Yoga mats will be provided.
Doors will open at 6:45 pm.
Proceeds from all concerts will benefit the Soul Medicine 501c3 orphanage foundation of Nepal.
